‘Digital Leadership in Financial Services’ program.

6 years ago, I left ABN Amro and started my personal transition ‘from employee to entrepreneur’.  Since then, many senior executives and other people from within the Financial Services industry including former colleagues at ABN Amro have asked me to help them to make the right personal choices for themselves based on their own ideas, my own personal experiences and of other people of senior executive and senior management and middle management level that also went through this personal transformation successfully or unsuccessfully. I had actually worked on my ‘plan b’ since 2001 and I knew from my own experiences and other colleagues and friends that the chances of finding the same kind of position and salary I had at ABN Amro at my age (50+) were rather slim. I went through the traditional outplacement-process at ABN Amro and to be honest, that was a waste of time and money. But fortunately, I had done my homework.

I am the author of a number of bestselling books and I am a happy person now, both on a personal and on a business level. A number of people and experts helped me to do that. If you decide to enroll for the first paid 1-day module with a number of tests and the personal recommendations of different experts, we will help you to define your personal blueprint and action plan including how to pick the right learning and training activities while negotiating with your employer. What you do next in the next modules, completely depends on the intake, the structured recommendations we give you, your profile, what you want yourself and on what you want to spend your valuable time, energy and money per module.

So that YOU can make the right choices and do not waste your valuable time, energy and money on things that will not work for you personally like with many traditional outplacement activities including instructor-led classroom activities.
